Terms & Conditions

By using the Evergreen Academy website, parent app or student app you agree to the following terms.

1. Accounts. Login credentials are issued by the school. Keep them confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Acceptable use. The apps may be used only for school-related purposes. Do not upload offensive, copyrighted or harmful content in assignments, chats or the gallery.
3. Fees. Fees are payable by the due dates shown in the app. Late payment attracts the late charges shown on the fee schedule.
4. Academic content. Notes, question papers and videos shared by teachers are for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be redistributed.
5. Communication. By registering a phone number and e-mail you agree to receive school notifications, circulars and reminders.
6. Availability. We try to keep the services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Changes. The school may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
