Admission and registration fee

The registration / application fee is non-refundable.

Tuition and annual charges

• Withdrawal before the session starts (1 April): full refund of tuition and annual charges, less a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Withdrawal within the first month of the session: 50% of the first instalment is refunded.
• After that, fees already paid for the current instalment are not refundable.

Optional services

Transport and meal plans can be cancelled with one month's written notice; charges stop from the following month.

Duplicate or failed online payments

If an online payment is debited twice or fails after debit, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of the school confirming the transaction.

How to request a refund

Submit the withdrawal form at the school office or e-mail accounts@evergreenacademy.in with the student's admission number and payment receipt.
